Jeremy Sands
With over 25 years in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, Jeremy Sands is all about doing quality work the right way. Jeremy is a husband of 30 years, a father of four, and a soon-to-be grandfather, family means everything to him, and that’s exactly how he runs the business.
Jeremy takes pride in creating spaces that truly work for the families he serves, treating each project with the same care he’d give his own home. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him perfecting his brisket, fishing, or making the most of time with his kids.
Colt Sands
Colt Sands grew up around remodels and has been working in the family business since high school so he brings both experience and energy to every job. Colt is passionate about making sure customers feel heard, respected, and confident in their choices, from design ideas to the final walk-through. He’s proud to work alongside his dad and be part of a company built on trust, not sales tactics.
Outside of work, Colt loves hunting, fishing, and coaching his little sister’s soccer team. He’s also counting down the days to becoming an uncle!

Henry
Henry is the team’s unofficial crew supervisor. He’s all about truck rides, job site visits, and making sure everyone gets a tail wag and a smile. He is always up for a game of fetch or a quick hole-digging break!
